Forget about Kobe, Arnold, Arriana, Scott and Laci. The biggest news of the entire week is that on August 8, 2003, the IRS was unable to convince a jury in Memphis, Tennessee that the Federal Tax Code requires the citizens to pay individual income taxes. I kid you not. NOTE: I have no idea how credible this story is, but I'm familiar with the movement -- so it wouldn't surprise me a bit to find out it's true. (Googles "Vernice Kuglin") Well, it's true that she didn't pay her taxes and didn't get convicted of a crime for it. Here's the transcript from a FoxNews interview with Kuglin and her lawyer.
