I was a resident of California all of my life until July of 2002 when I moved to Texas. I wonder now if I and all of the others who were stolen from will receive any refunds? I wonder how many of the elderly died because they could not afford to run their air conditioners, or keep their Oxygen tanks on? I wonder if those

I wonder.... I wonder...... Anyone have other thoughts on this subject?
